Economic Development Office
Various programs are available for down-payment and closing cost assistance through the City of Jackson. 

Jackson’s Economic Development Authority, together with over 40 businesses, has assembled a bundle of savings for you if you build your new home during 2011. Savings are in the form of free gifts, rebates, free offers and other discount incentives.  These opportunities exist for anyone building a new home in the Jackson School District.
