The City of Jackson Economic Development Authority has built a twin home in partnership with Bargen Construction.  There are two units available, 256 North Pond Drive (north unit) and 258 North Pond Drive (south unit). The north unit is finished and is sale ready for move-in. The south unit is unfinished and the buyer can finish it the way they'd like it (paint, cabinets, appliances, countertops, flooring, fixtures, etc.).
